The scope of the study is to investigate a concept of decentralizing existing IT services (together with their underlying database) in order to allow clients to continue work even if there is no connection to the current (central) IT service. The decentralized IT services architecture is evaluated as an alternative to the central IT Centre. Further details of this project are not available to the public due to a nondisclosure agreement.
